Role Overview: As the Test Manager, you will operate as part of the Test Quality Assurance section, coordinating a team of testers, reporting on test metrics and closure activities, and ensuring governance of testing activities aligned to departmental frameworks.
Responsibilities: Lead testing activities on various projects from establishment to closure, including determination of testing scope, stakeholder engagement, document management, test planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.Undertake complex Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Interagency Testing.Manage complex issues, defects, and incidents.Provide direction to your team to continuously improve test quality and assurance activities.Contribute to Agile planning and the Testing community of practice to improve test standards and practices.Key Skills/Attributes: Demonstrated experience as a Test Manager in Federal Government Departments or complex organisations.Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology.Comprehensive experience managing testing efforts across major CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Dynamics 365 (D365), and Siebel, ensuring integration accuracy and data integrity.Proven ability to manage Interagency testing environments, coordinating between teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth cross-functional implementations and compliance.Strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Your application will include the following questions:
