About the role Job description Due to continued and rapid growth, we are accepting applications for aRobotic Product Specialist positionwithin our Joint Replacement team in**Melbourne (Central).
**This role will initially be a 12 month fixed-term contract.This role will suit anyone who has work/study experience in the healthcare space - physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, fitness trainers, sports physiologists, healthcare workers... if you're interested in how the human anatomy works, this could be the role for you The Role: Be the 'go-to' person in complex knee or hip operations byprovidingtechnicaland clinical specialist expertise to our customersAttend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker productsProvide segmentation and planning of Mako cases by using software to prepare preoperative CT dataDoes not involve any sales activities- this is a 100% purely clinical roleSkills and Experience: We will provide extensive training about the Mako robot so you can be fully equipped for consulting in surgical procedures - no specific experience required, just a passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomesCulture and Benefits:At Stryker, you can expect an attractive package including a broad range of discounts and benefits from a range of partnersThis is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious and customer focused individual to progress and grow your career with a leading global medical device company that offers countless development opportunities.

Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
Hypothesis Development
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
Execution and Project Management
Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals
Skills you'll need Collaboration
Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
Prioritization
Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
Numerical problem solving
Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
