This position is responsible for all aspects of Capitol Bar & Grill Breakfast operations.
The emphasis is on customer satisfaction, striving towards better standards of service, implementing and training sequence of service, improved systems and procedures and starting people's days off in the best way possible.

Skills & experience
Demonstrated experience as a Front of House manager in a similar role Must be available early mornings.
The ability to work under pressure in one of Canberra's busiest restaurants Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills Your application will include the following questions:
