This is an office based role Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:30.At Instarmac we pride ourselves on our open communication.

As a Sales Coordinator you will also enhance the customer experience and support their business by proactively identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.DutiesHow you will make the difference...... Contributing towards company targets by way of meeting and/or exceeding set sales targets as an individual and contributing to the teams through order processing and customer aftercare.Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers.
Act as a consultative partner to anticipate customers' current and future needs to generate orders.Following up samples and quotations, converting these to sales.Ensuring accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available, follow up and generate new business through own initiative, social media and marketing activity to increase sales.Resolving conflicts, taking ownership and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.Managing a dedicated Area Sales Manager's diary; ensuring customers are visited on a regular basis.Using internal tools and systems to manage the day-to-day running of your data, ensuring systems are maintained and updated at all times.Liaising with other departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production.Creating KPI and tracker reports as required by the business.Undertaking duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls.Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for personal growth in order to promote products with greater understanding and confidence.RequirementsWhat you will need: Excellent data entry and administration skillsProven experience of working in a customer sales partnering role and able to demonstrate resultsAbility to deliver excellent consultative advice to improve the customer experience and their business to generate salesExcellent interpersonal skills and rapport building skillsAbility to translate customer account history into opportunities to up-sell and cross-sellKnowledge of CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, (MS Excel in particular)DesirablePreviously gained sales experience within a similar industryUnderstanding of sales performance and ability to work to targetsIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from youDanny Morson WayBirch Coppice Business ParkDordon, Tamworth B78 1SE
