This Position Description outlines the general duties in line with specific role types and acts as a guide rather than a comprehensive list of tasks.
About the Role:MSS Security is looking for dedicated Control Room Operators to work at a prestigious client site in Sydney CBD.
In this critical position, you will monitor security systems, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring CCTV and security systemsConducting regular checks and reports on security statusCommunicating calmly and clearly with team members and stakeholdersAssisting in directing visitors and the publicMaintaining key registers and issuing key passesDocumenting incidents and writing reportsAbout You:We are offering a full-time Control Room Operator position with various shift options in Sydney CBD.
We're looking for individuals who possess:
Certificate II in Security Operations and a current First Aid certificateA valid NSW Security LicenceStrong dedication, reliability, and commitment to securityExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapportGood computer literacy skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you're ready to advance your career in security and make an impact, we want to hear from you
