While we aim to offer flexibility, all quotes are reviewed to ensure they are competitive and align with client expectations.Flexibility: Choose which referrals to accept based on your availability and expertise.Schedule Control: Enjoy flexible bookings on weekdays or weekends, based on your agreement with the client.Local Clients: Serve clients within your area, minimising travel time.
Our clients are spread across Darwin regions, including the cities of Darwin, Palmerston, Litchfield, and the surrounding rural areas.Administrative Support: Our team handles communication with case managers, so you can focus on delivering excellent care.Independence: Take charge of your work and enjoy the freedom to make decisions that shape the care of your clients.Professional Growth: Encounter diverse clients with unique needs, enhancing your professional experience.Our ClientsOur clients come from various backgrounds and require services such as:Installing Grab Bars and Rails: Ensuring client safety by installing supportive features throughout the home.Bathroom Modifications: Improving accessibility and safety through changes like showers, non-slip flooring, and raised toilet seats.Ramp Installations: Installing ramps for easier access, both indoors and outdoors, for clients using wheelchairs or walkers.Smart Home Technology Integration: Implementing smart home solutions to enhance client independence.Mobility Aids Recommendations: Assessing and recommending aids like beds, recliner chairs, wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers.Referral ProcessAt Timely Home Care, we make the referral process seamless:Referral Request: We receive client referrals from coordinators or case managers and reach out to you with the details.Quote Submission: You set your fee, allowing you full control over your earnings.Referral Acceptance: Upon approval of the quote and if it matches your availability and expertise, you accept the referral.Client Scheduling: Coordinate directly with the client to arrange a convenient appointment.Service Delivery: You provide the required services (home modification assessments, assistive technology recommendations, etc.).
We handle all communications with coordinators and case managers.Reporting: Submit your report, and we ensure that all relevant documentation is passed on to the case manager.Ideal CandidateWe are seeking occupational therapists who may be sole traders or professionals with full-time or part-time roles looking for extra work.The ideal candidate is:Experienced in aged care services, particularly in home modifications and assistive technology.Independent and capable of managing referrals autonomously.Flexible and adaptable to accommodate client schedules.Proactive in delivering personalized care.Excellent in Communication to interact effectively with clients and case managers.Multilingual Ability and cultural sensitivity are highly valued due to our diverse client base.Professional RegistrationsThe ideal candidate will have (or be willing to obtain):ABNIndependent contractor work rightsProfessional indemnity and public liability insuranceDriver's licence and access to a vehicle (recommended)AHPRA registrationCOVID-19 vaccination certificateNational police check certificateApply NowWe look forward to your application
