Additionally, you'll leverage your professional expertise to support and mentor team members.About the position:Providing leadership and supervision to our Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, supporting the development of their clinical skills and discipline knowledge.Conduct regular check-ins with the team, providing formal and informal support and feedback, and lead with a positive influence.Complete assessments & reports that are goal-oriented to support life transitions.Ensure best practice standards for occupational therapy services and contribute to the improvement and development of clinical practices and procedures.Provide direction and actively oversee team member KPIs, billable hours, and stakeholder business engagement activities. Escalate areas of concern and underperformance to the Clinical Lead and Operations Manager to jointly establish actions for improvement.What we offer:We are a cohesive, easy-going, and supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT) focused on safe, ethical, and quality practice.
