We are seeking a dedicated full-time Team Leader to join our dynamic team based at our office in Parap .
As Team Leader, you will lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services that align with business objectives, processes, and the recognised standards, policies, and best practices of the NDIS.
This role offers the opportunity to maintain client engagement and manage a flexible clinical caseload.
Additionally, you'll leverage your professional expertise to support and mentor team members.
About the position: Providing leadership and supervision to our Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, supporting the development of their clinical skills and discipline knowledge.
Conduct regular check-ins with the team, providing formal and informal support and feedback, and lead with a positive influence.
Complete assessments & reports that are goal-oriented to support life transitions.
Ensure best practice standards for occupational therapy services and contribute to the improvement and development of clinical practices and procedures.
Provide direction and actively oversee team member KPIs, billable hours, and stakeholder business engagement activities.
Escalate areas of concern and underperformance to the Clinical Lead and Operations Manager to jointly establish actions for improvement.

About you: Proven experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage clinical services.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for developing and mentoring clinicians, fostering a supportive team culture.
A commitment to excellence in client care and continuous improvement.
You will need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
Registration with AHPRA.
NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, or an ability to obtain.
Working with Children Check, or an ability to obtain.
Senior First Aid Certificate, or willing to obtain.
Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
