Full time Healthy North Coast (HNC) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation committed to improving the health of our North Coast communities through quality primary health care.

About the Role We have two wonderful opportunities available for Regional Managers to join us:
Regional Manager Primary Care - Kempsey & NambuccaRegional Manager Primary Care - Coffs Harbour & GraftonOur Regional Managers play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery.
They spearhead the coordination of services within designated regions, driving collaboration among diverse stakeholders to maximise health outcomes and cost efficiencies.
From commissioning innovative primary care services to strategically planning for the future of our healthcare workforce, these roles are at the forefront of revolutionising regional healthcare.
The Regional Manager coordinates activities within their designated regions that support successful delivery of:
System and service integrationCommissioning of primary health care services and program implementationPrimary Care SupportDisaster and emergency planning and responsePrimary Care workforce strategic planningAbout you We are seeking an exceptional candidate with the following qualities and qualifications:
High level understanding of the health system, both in NSW and on a national scale including current trends in health policy reform and health care funding programs.Experience co-designing services with effective and sustainable results.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with group/meeting facilitation and presentation experience.A demonstrable understanding of the complexities of primary health care and working with partnership organisations to achieve common goals in the private, public, and NGO sectors.Demonstrated experience in project management planning, implementing, reporting, and contribution to evaluating projects.Experience in supervising a work group or small work area.Coordinates a range of organisational functions including technical, professional, project, procedural or processing or combination of these.A strong commitment to principles such as Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement, ensuring a workplace that aligns with these values.Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience, 7+ years.How to Apply Please forward your resume and a maximum three-page cover letter demonstrating how you meet the above selection criteria to [insert email].
