An exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced Regional Manager to join the ARRCS team on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will see you leading the Community Service programs within ARRCS across the Northern Territory.
You will build the capacity of the complex care, specialized and community (home) care operations.
As the Regional Manager – Home Care, you will hold an integral part of the ARRCS Executive Team and work to identify opportunities and deliver strategic planning for these programs.
You will lead by example and foster an engaged, healthy, and safe workplace for all staff and volunteers within the community space.
In addition, you will manage the evaluation, coordination, and delivery of standards ensuring our consumers receive quality care.
This busy and rewarding role will suit a person who enjoys the delivery of community services and the advocacy of keeping the elderly at home where possible.
You will be a strong leader and have prior experience in the management and mentoring of a large and diverse clinical team.
You will bring prior knowledge of community programs and the management and evaluation of outcomes.
