With a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service, this role is your chance to be part of a team that's shaping the future of the industry.What You Will Do:Develop and expand sales of capital machinery within North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, ensuring the achievement of sales budgets and gross margin contributions.Strategically manage your own territory through new business development, customer meetings, and effective use of CRM to drive sales and forecasts.Promote the company's comprehensive range of machinery solutions, including sawing, milling, welding, cleaning, and automated systems, to both new and existing customers.Represent the company professionally across all levels of customer interaction, enhancing the company's image and brand.Collaborate with various departments to tailor the best offers for customers, contributing to the company's business plans and sales growth targets.Support the sales of service contracts and spare parts, enhancing the overall customer experience.What You Will Bring:A minimum of 5 years of technical consultancy and sales experience in capital machinery, with a strong preference for those with experience in the uPVC industry.A technical or engineering background, supported by either a time-served engineering apprenticeship or a degree-level qualification.Proven expertise in value selling, with the ability to articulate the features and benefits of complex machinery solutions.An in-depth understanding of the uPVC industry, sustainability, and environmental impacts, with a keen interest in developing further technical knowledge.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints efficiently and maintain strong relationships with profile manufacturers and specialists.Location:Field-based within North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, offering the flexibility and autonomy to manage your territory effectively.If you're ready to take on a role that offers significant professional growth, within a company that values innovation and quality, we want to hear from you.
