Job Description Meet and exceed annual sales and growth targets through strategic planning and execution.Train and manage distribution partners to drive channel success and expand revenue.Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with marketing objectives to grow market share.Build strong relationships with distributors and end-user accounts, providing excellent support and guidance.Prospect for new accounts and identify opportunities to increase market share in the region.Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Technical teams to organize product training and workshops that address customer needs.The Successful Applicant Proven sales experience in the manufacturing industry.Based in Victoria with the flexibility to travel.Holds a valid driver's license and passport.Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, with a collaborative, win-win mindset.Able to manage the full sales process from prospecting to reporting.Professional, organized, and detail-oriented; committed to teamwork and accountability.What's on Offer Attractive base salary plus performance-based incentives.Potential for advancement within a global leader in the signage and graphics industry.Ongoing training in cutting-edge products, printing techniques, and sales strategies.A supportive team that values integrity, excellence, teamwork, and accountability.Resources to support both personal and professional goals.
