Learn more at https://www.jnj.comTHE OPPORTUNITYJ&J MedTech's Surgical Vision team has a unique opening for a Regional Sales Manager to join and lead a high performing team.As Regional Sales Manager in Surgical Vision, you are responsible for leading sales efforts in a specific region, driving business growth, and developing strategies to increase market share.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial excellence, and customer service teams to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.In this role, you will be responsible for providing the sales team with leadership, direction, and resources to ensure sales targets are met.
