At McPherson's, we're seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to guide our high-performing field sales team in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania across Pharmacy and Health Food accounts.
This is a pivotal role where you'll lead a team of talented professionals, foster strategic relationships, and shape the future of our sales operations.

About the Role: Execute innovative field sales strategies aligned with McPherson's business objectives to drive market growth.Lead, mentor, and empower a team of field sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Pharmacy and Health Food accounts to ensure mutual success.Strategically allocate resources and optimize sales territories to maximize efficiency and market impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver seamless customer experiences.Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and support decision-making.What We're Looking For?
