What's the opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the team
In this hands-on position, you will lead, motivate, and support the team, ensuring alignment with our business goals and a first-class customer experience across our dealer network.
As the Regional Sales Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Drive the achievement of sales targets for Subaru models across your region, fostering collaboration with central teams to meet financial and operational objectives.
Manage communication, promotion, and motivation across the dealer network to increase sales of Subaru vehicles, parts, and accessories, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Understand market trends and positioning opportunities for Subaru products to maximize sales and align with customer demands.
Oversee regional program implementation, monitor dealer performance, and ensure CSI and reputation standards are met.
Manage regional sales activities, identify sales opportunities, and drive the execution of the Sales Business Plan.
Support dealers in achieving their business plans, ensuring alignment with sales targets and marketing initiatives.
Provide monthly reports on KPI achievements, implementing action plans to address any underperformance.
Develop regional plans to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS), monitoring dealer-level efforts to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Oversee budget allocation and expenditure for regional activities, ensuring optimal use of resources.
About you:
Extensive experience in sales or as a regional rep, with proven skills in relationship management and achieving targets.
Strong commercial acumen, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to inspire others.
A confident, energetic team player who can effectively communicate and influence across a diverse network.
Experience within the automotive industry or a franchise/distributor retail network.
A background in leading high-performing teams.
