Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) Full time Tell me about this role:Amentum (formerly Jacobs) are currently looking for a security cleared (Baseline or higher) Contract Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis.
No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project.
We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.
This role will see you take on a variety of commercial and contract related tasks as well as general support to the project team.This role will be supporting Unmanned Aerial Systems platforms and will work on a range of sustainment and acquisition projects.This role offers uncapped training and development opportunities as well as other benefits including free parking, flexible working and different leave arrangements including paid parental, study, reserve and volunteer leave.
What will I be doing day to day? Contract administrationReviewing and providing input into contracts and commercial documentsLiaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.Prepare correspondence and reports as directedData management and analysisProvide advice and assistance related to commercial mattersAd hoc administrative tasksWhat sort of skills do I need? Experience within the Defence industryExperience with Foreign Military SalesStrong communication skillsExperience working on contractsProcess orientated with good attention to detailMinimum Baseline security clearance and be able to upgrade if requiredWhat's in it for me?
