We are a "different kind of Pharmacy" group looking for a data entry / accounts clerk expert to join our team.
We are service rather than discount focused, and offer traditional pharmacy services alongside natural and holistic remedies so our patients and customers can choose a unique integrated approach to managing their healthcare.

Your focus will be to support the retail managers from behind the scenes.
The role requires you to work part-time in a small office team to ensure optimum data integrity for our pharmacies.
This is an entry-level role and requires impeccable attention to detail, fast data entry, and good time management skills.
You will also be required to converse with our store administration teams and warehouse managers.
Previous experience in grocery or pharmacy dealing with large amounts of stock is beneficial.
We stock over 10,000 different items so a knowledge of pharmacy and retail would also be an advantage.

You will be responsible for:
Entering invoices from our pharmacies into our accounts system Entering utilities invoices Efficiently and accurately entering data Communicating with suppliers Assisting with stock takes Preparation of supplier statements, ready for payment Managing pricing and supplier product updates And other accounting tasks Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communicator and highly organized Works well under pressure within a busy work environment Willing to understand the business from top to bottom Willing and want to inject input into the business to make improvements Work within the team at all levels of the business Benefits and Culture
