Job DescriptionAs a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by nurturing leads and closing deals for our game-changing veterinary software platform. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your sales expertise in a non-voice environment, primarily through email communication. You'll be working with a pipeline of warm inbound leads, answering inquiries, and guiding potential clients through the sales process. Your ability to craft compelling written communications and your understanding of the veterinary or healthcare industry will be key to success in this role. With the potential for performance-based incentives and future growth opportunities, this position offers an exciting chance to make a significant impact in the veterinary tech space.

ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture a pipeline with hundreds of warm inbound leads
Craft persuasive email communications to move leads through the sales funnel
Promptly respond to inquiries, providing detailed information about our veterinary software platform
Address customer concerns and highlight product benefits to close deals effectively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in HubSpot CRM
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with the team to refine sales processes and messaging
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Potentially contribute to the development of outbound sales strategies in the future
RequirementsProven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in non-voice roles
Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive emails
Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with the healthcare or veterinary industry is highly advantageous
Comfortable with a results-driven environment and performance-based incentives
Enthusiasm for technology and its application in improving veterinary care
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills as the role evolves
