What You Will Be DoingAs the Trainer Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring workforce competency and safety compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating training and assessment for mobile plant equipment to meet competency requirements.Supporting the implementation and maintenance of an effective safety and health management system.Promoting risk management processes and encouraging the reporting of near misses, hazards, and incidents.Conducting safety audits, inspections, and toolbox meetings.Delivering induction and training programs as required.What You Will NeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
