About the Role: We are seeking full-time, part-time and casual trainers and assessors for our Melbourne, Hobart, and Brisbane campuses for the following qualifications:
1.
RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design – Brisbane + Hobart + Melbourne 2.
BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) – Brisbane + Hobart + Melbourne 3.
AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology 4.
AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis 5.
AUR50216 Diploma of Automotive Technology – Brisbane As a Trainer/Assessor, you will deliver high-quality vocational education, assess students' competency, and support their learning journey.

The successful candidate will: • Have the desire to achieve excellence in overall student completion rates• Take the initiative to support students in industry engagement activities• Be part of a positive, friendly, and supportive team• Maintain professional development for industry currency• Work within compliance guidelines
Required skills & experience: Relevant VET qualifications at the equivalent or higher level TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education Relevant/Current Industry work experience post qualifications Have experience in delivering classroom-based training Ability to follow RTO policies & procedures Working with children and police check or willingness to obtain one Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Highly organised and strong time management skills Ability to work independently and as a team member How to Apply: If this sounds like you, apply here or send your updated CV and a one-page cover letter detailing how you meet the selection criteria to , using the subject line: Trainer/Assessor (Position Applying For) – Melbourne/Hobart/Brisbane .
