Your expertise will ensure compliance with our bank's Operational Risk Management framework, helping maintain a secure environment for our information assets. Success in this position means delivering quality across our controls testing program, effectively managing stakeholder relationships, and providing guidance to the Technology & Transformation division. Key responsibilities include:Assess and report on the effectiveness of information technology and security controls against internal and external requirements.Be accountable for the accuracy, quality and currency of all material that is used for controls assurance activities.Be familiar with prudential standards and how they relate to the activities that the team are undertaking.Assist (as required) in identifying threats and vulnerabilities related to the Banks information assets to quantify risks to the Bank.Collaborate with other teams within Technology & Transformation and outside as necessary to provide a community and understanding of controls and how to achieve them.Assist with broader Line 1 risk responsibilities, including contributing to Risk Assessment activities.Contribute to the team achieving KPI, support and project delivery goals.Stay up to date on current threats, trends and technologies by attending training, conferences and digesting podcasts, blogs and other sources of intelligence and information.About YouWe're looking for someone with at least 2 years' industry experience in a similar role, along with a strong knowledge of current industry methods for evaluating and implementing IT security assessment, monitoring, detection, and remediation tools.
