Exciting opportunity for a driven candidate with experience in Donor Management gained within the not for profit sector.
This busy role will focus on the successful management of a large portfolio of supporters, you will be responsible in building professional business relationships with the supporters.
Experience in fundraising or sales is critical to the success of this position: Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships within a substantial portfolio of loyal supporters Develop and maintain strong, long-term, relationships with supporters through personalised plans ensuring they feel valued and informed about the impact of their contributions Provide regular and meaningful updates on organisational programs, success stories, and how donations are used, Align communications with the supporter's preferences, interest and giving history Identify new opportunities for recognition and engagement Maintain accurate supporter records Track engagement through CRM systems, ensuring timely and relevant updates to supporters Develop a base of potential supporters by qualifying leads and actively cultivating relationships To be successful in this role you need the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in donor relationship management within the not for profit sector Exceptional verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills Ability to use data and insights to tailor donor engagement strategies Interested?
