The Catholic Foundation, part of the Communication and Engagement Office, executes impactful fundraising strategies to support ministries, social services, and community programs that embody the mission of the Church.

About the RoleAs the Fundraising Services Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Catholic Foundation team.
Your role will ensure the seamless execution of donor engagement, parish communications, and fundraising campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for making a difference.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Excellence: Support the Director with grant processes, committee meetings, correspondence, and special projects.Parish Engagement: Build relationships with parish leaders through communication and onsite visits to share Foundation initiatives.Campaign Coordination: Organize annual fundraising campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and ensure materials are delivered on time.Donor Program Management: Oversee logistics for the New Donor Program, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and appreciation.Data and Process Management: Maintain accurate records, improve operational efficiency, and support donor database compliance.About YouOrganized and Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to schedules, documents, and data.Excellent Communicator: Professional and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.Collaborative Team Player: Proactive in supporting team goals and fostering a positive work environment.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.Mission-Driven: A commitment to the values of Catholic Social Teaching is desirable.Qualifications and Experience2-3 years of experience in administration or executive support.Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience in donor relations, fundraising, or campaign coordination is a plus.Why Join Us?Meaningful Work: Support initiatives that make a difference in communities.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside passionate individuals committed to the Church's mission.Professional Growth: Opportunities to develop your skills in fundraising and donor engagement.Send your interest via submitting a Resume to Brent Hunter – HR Recruitment The Archdiocese of Brisbane has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
