What you can expect The Technical Solution Specialist provides technical solutions and expert advice and ensures that technical and operational risks are evaluated and taken into account when providing those solutions to customers.
The Technical Solution Specialist, as part of the project triangle (time, cost, and scope of work), focuses on the scope of work and the related quality.
Responsible for:
Engineering and evaluation of technical solutions in terms of design and operating conditions Technical and operational advice to ROSEN Business Units and/or end customers Providing the scope of the services that meet both client needs and ROSEN's capabilities, in line with the sales strategy, results-driven Identifying cost-effective solutions Providing technical, product, and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships Ensuring that exposure to technical and operational risks is minimized Clarifying tender, scope of work, and contract requirements related to ROSEN's Product and Services portfolio and to technical and operational know-how to perform the works considering resources capability Finding and discussing additional scope and efforts with operational processes where required and suggesting upgrades or additional features to meet customer requirements Supporting project budget draft Providing/supporting technical and operational risk assessment Supporting proposal and contract specific documentation related to technical and operational aspects as well as 3rd party services and/or equipment Supporting the execution of the services during all stages of the project with technical and operational expertise and advice Determining correct products and services needed to fulfill the project Supporting contract review prior to formalization What you will bring Requirements:
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement specific solutions Ability to create technical concepts and solutions with the application of the ROSEN service and technical portfolio Ability to promote the solution and to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the project, including end clients Ability to understand differing beliefs and show alternative options (active listening), being aware of others' reactions and understanding their perspectives.
Mentoring, training, and guidance skills Ability to transfer knowledge, clearly communicate details to others, and guide Juniors and Professionals Verifiable expertise in performing and executing scope of work according to the ROSEN service and technical portfolio Good understanding of ROSEN's business objectives Technical solution orientation and good technical understanding Ability to be enthusiastic, energized, and self-motivated for daily tasks and committed to work on site Ability to adjust actions in relation to others' actions What we offer The function enables you to become part of the team of ROSEN Asia Pacific, an organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
