About the roleFocused on Care is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team.
This full-time role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our support services.
You will lead a team of managers and will work closely with the Director and the broader Senior Leadership team to drive operational excellence and contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation.
What you'll be doing Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our clients supportsDevelop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service deliveryManage and coordinate a team of dedicated care professionals, providing leadership, guidance and supportEnsure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, legislation and internal policiesCollaborate with the leadership team to identify and address operational challengesAnalyse data and metrics to drive continuous improvement across our servicesFoster a positive, client-centric culture and champion the organisation's valuesWhat we're looking for Substantial experience (5+ years) in a senior operations or management role within the disability industryProven track record of driving operational excellence and improving service deliveryStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a solutions-focused mindsetComprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the aged care and disability support industriesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholdersPreferred tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as health services management or business administrationWhat we offerAt Focused on Care, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
