We've built strong relationships with over 75 different lenders and have an intimate understanding of their loan products.What We Offer:Full induction program with ongoing training, as well as an additional senior broker as a mentor for support.Loan processing support to accelerate your productivity and expedite your business growth.Pre-qualified customer leads provided to kickstart your journey.Uncapped income, with potential to earn up to $300k-$400k after 3-4 years of establishment.Opportunity to build your own business within a business, developing a saleable loan book as a valuable asset.Connecting with customers by phone and email to provide professional advice.Ability to establish and maintain referral partner relationships.Manage new client applications and look for new lending opportunities.To Be Considered You Will Have:Self-motivated and result-driven, capable of generating new business.Excellent customer service skills.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets.Passion for sales and a desire to build a career within banking.Superb written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred).Permanent Residency or Citizenship (required).This is a commission-based role with above-industry standard commission splits and would appeal to highly motivated individuals.
