Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary: Up to $80k

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a vital role in finding, attracting, and retaining top talent to help us deliver industry-leading projects.
In this role, you'll connect with skilled professionals who align with M2P's values and culture, ensuring our team is equipped to meet new challenges.

You'll make an impact by:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, fabrication, and support roles Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who embody M2P's commitment to quality and teamwork Collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment strategies Implementing innovative recruitment techniques to attract top industry talent What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in recruitment, ideally within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Ideally, you will also have:
Knowledge of talent acquisition software and tools An interest in promoting M2P's EVP and company culture to potential candidates The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Why M2P Engineering?
