Our Client based in Sydney is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.
You will work in a team of highly motivated TA professionals with the full support of your Manager.
Prior Local Council will be highly preferred due to the nature of the contract.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this initial contract until the EOFY with Council, you will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish.
From the attraction of staff, recruitment and selection, administration, relationship management, to job evaluation - your input to Council will significantly contribute in growing teams.
DUTIES .
End-to-end recruitment activities Ensure TA practices are in alignment with legislation & Council policies Attending interviews as a panel member Shortlisting, interviewing and selection of Candidates Consulting line managers on recruitment strategies SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Previous experience in Local Government (highly desirable) Excellent communication and customer service skills Demonstrated problem solving and evaluation skills Great relationship builder REMUNERATION.
$55 - $65 p/h + Superannuation (Depending on experience and suitability to required experience) CULTURE.
Be part of a collaborative team environment that will support your success in the role.
You will be expected to bring a high level of communication skills to liaise with numerous employees of diverse cultural background.
