Graduates of Personnel Futures will emerge as highly skilled, confident, and compassionate allied health professionals equipped to deliver high-quality care, work in interdisciplinary teams, and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.
Working together with your clients, their families, and others involved in their care, you will develop individualised and person-centred therapy plans to support them in achieving their goals.
Your 12-month graduate program focuses on building the skills you need to deliver high-quality services to our clients, as well as supporting you to grow and learn.

Here's what you can expect from the Graduate Program:
Structured onboarding and induction program in your first week, allowing you to connect and form relationships with the graduate team.
Weekly check-ins with your clinical lead to ensure you are on track and receiving the support you need.
Monthly team peer review and training sessions, dedicated to fostering a multidisciplinary approach to care.
Scheduled training and development opportunities; both self-directed and group delivery.
Weekly supervision with a board-approved supervisor and clinical lead, who is experienced in the relevant discipline.
A dedicated buddy to support you to settle in and thrive.

Now, here's the important bits... You'll need to:
Hold a degree in occupational therapy.
Be eligible for registration with AHPRA upon graduating.
Have graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025.
Hold a full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third-party insurance.
Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain.
Hold a current Police Check, or be willing to obtain.
Hold a NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain.
