Some of our many benefits on offer include:$73,150.00 per annum + superannuationImmediate startProfessional development fundingDiscounted hotel and resort stays globallySubsidised private health cover*How You'll ShineThe Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage outlets, including recruitment, training of all new and existing staff, rostering staff, and managing floor staff during a function. You will also be responsible for the following:Open/Closing of RestaurantSet up of FOH & BOH for daily tradeCustomer service, use of POSPreparation of hot/cold foodLead a team of staff and coordinate breaksBe responsible for staff performance and delivery of product and service qualityEnsure all preparation, cleaning and maintenance schedules are completed on a daily basisCleaning and closing of store, including reconciliation of sales and banking.Effectively perform all duties of functions, special events and related F&B services, including owner and guest service.Effectively perform all duties of F&B services including but not limited to restaurant day-to-day operation, bar, events, and meetings.What You'll BringPrevious experience in a similar roleCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol certificateAbility to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysAbility to motivate, inspire, train and coach employeesWhere You'll Begin Your JourneyClub Wyndham Port Douglas is ideally located five minutes' walk from world-renowned Four Mile Beach and a short drive to the centre of Port Douglas.
