Join our fast-paced, dynamic environment enjoying tremendous growth, both organically and through acquisition. This role requires someone who can multi-task and coordinate with various departments and clients to collate the information to produce invoices and payment claims to meet contract requirements.As a key part of the Finance team, applicants must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and be diligent in following up relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.Key DutiesComplete daily reconciliations, data entry and maintenance of accounts receivable information into accounting softwareManaging Daily and Weekly InvoicingManaging the Payment Claim Process for assigned Clients end-to-endMonitoring client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesBuild positive working relationships with key contacts and detailed understanding of client billing accountsManage phone enquiries relating to billing and invoicing confidentlyEnsuring payments are made on time as per trading termsLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersTroubleshooting issues to solve customer problemsIdentifying process and system improvements and supporting the delivery of solutions for customersEstablishing relationships outside of finance to deliver support to senior decision makersWork actively in the team to enhance team performanceMonitor and ensure that quality standards are metIdentifying problems and improvements in processes and proceduresRecording and acting to problem solve and make improvements, and informing others as requiredSkills & ExperienceExperience in accounts receivable and debt collection functionsPrevious Experience with Customised Billing, Payment Claims or RCTIsAdvanced MS Excel skillsEffective communication skills (verbal and written) including liaising and consulting with internal and external customersPrevious experience in similar position/industry will be viewed favorablyStrong computer literacy, MS Office programs and accounts payable systemsExperience with Crystal Reporting, Reporting Applications, Operational and General Ledger system/sStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer service focusA commitment to safety in all we do - an industry leaderFun and engaging safety and wellbeing initiatives for everyone to be involved inBirthday and anniversary reward and recognitionActive contributor to the SHAKA Project, SARAH Group and National Road Safety Week
