Introduction:Gosford RSL Club is so close to opening its brand new $48 million Club and you do not want to miss this opportunity to get your foot in the door and be there on opening dayWe are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our community whilst offering quality facilities, services and products and to do this, we need youAs a Security Guard at Gosford RSL Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our club, our motels and our customers.
This position requires someone that is committed to providing excellent customer service while also maintaining a vigilant and proactive presence to prevent any security issues.Description:Working in the Security team will require but is not limited to:Conducting regular security patrols of the club and motels to deter and detect security threatsResponding to alarm activationsProviding escorts if requiredResponding to guest complaintsProviding guest services as requiredRemoval of patrons if requiredMaintaining a professional and approachable demeanor while providing excellent customer serviceEnsuring compliance with RSA and RCG regulationsEnsuring compliance with the Registered Clubs ActGeneral reporting and administrative tasksWe have full-time and part-time opportunities available.
You will work across the club and motels with shifts either being overnight or afternoon into late night generally across peak trading days Wednesday - Sunday.Skills and Experiences:Hold a current RSA & RCG Competency CardHold a valid NSW 1AC Security LicenseHold a current First Aid CertificatePrevious experience in a similar environment is advantageousMotivation, enthusiasm and a great 'can do' team attitudeBe Customer FocusedPhysical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting, pushing and carryingTake pride in their appearanceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsDisplay safe work habitsAbility to operate independently and show initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
