Kids Activities Coordinator

This casual role requires someone with loads of energy and the desire to be very hands-on.
The ability to be flexible with your hours is essential.
You will also bring together all the family offerings in the Club and develop them to attract greater participation and ultimately increase member retention.
You must have the ability and proven experience to relate to children of all ages while liaising with adult members.
Developing strong collaborative relationships with all the Heads of Departments at the Canberra club is also fundamental to this role.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Kids birthday parties; Kids events i.e.
shows; Specialty classes i.e.
martial arts, dance academy; Holiday Active holiday camps; Family welcomes. You must have the following to be considered for this role: Event management experience; Experience working with children of all ages; A current First Aid Certificate; Experience working within the health, fitness, and lifestyle sectors; Proven planning and budgeting expertise; High energy and exceptional customer service skills; Well-groomed and physically fit. You will be required to work over a 7-day week, Monday to Sunday.
This will be finalized with your input at the time of engagement.
