Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?The Human Resources team is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administrator professional to join our team in Essendon Fields.
In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining seamless operations, with responsibilities including data entry, sending out communications, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
This role will be Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.
Key areas include: Accurate data entry of training assessments and issuing of certificates.
Processing driver behaviour incidents, over speeds and driving infringements.
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for payment.
Sending out internal communications.
Processing gift vouchers.
Initiating police checks on request.

You can demonstrate: Previous administration experience in a similar role with exposure to transport & warehouse systems Previous experience with Microsoft and SAP is preferred.
Pro-active approach to solving problems/issues whilst working with the relevant internal/external stakeholders.
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Results orientated, and able to work under pressure.
