Platform Delivery Manager

Be part of something bigger at Suncorp.Lead platform excellence in a dynamic environmentAs the Platform Delivery Manager for Suncorp's Customer Data Platform, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-performance data solutions and orchestrating platform health initiatives across the business. Working closely with the platform leadership team, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, you'll take ownership of pipeline planning, manage interdependencies, and ensure seamless delivery across squads. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical and leadership expertise to uplift asset health, reliability, and customer satisfaction in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What You'll DoCoordinate delivery activities across the Customer Data Platform, balancing time, scope, cost, risk, and quality to meet key targetsEngage closely with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Scrum Masters to prioritize backlogs, manage interdependencies, and drive high-value outcomesOversee platform health and ensure platform reliability by managing incident responses, production support, and service transitionsDevelop a comprehensive view of platform risks, manage budgets, perform financial reporting, and ensure governance complianceWhat You'll BringA university degree in computer science or a related field is desirable7+ years in the financial sector with a minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally within technology environments, pipeline and costs managementProficiency in Agile and PMBOK project methodologies, strong technical background in data solutions and production support, and advanced stakeholder management skillsProven ability to inspire teams, prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and communicate effectively at all levelsWhat we can offerA range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leaveDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance productsGive back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leaveInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs; andPrioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee councilAt Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
