About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our NSW Branch in Glendenning, Western Sydney.
In this vital role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows across purchasing, inventory management, production scheduling, and logistics.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, manage resources effectively, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of daily branch operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and production planning of our various manufacturing cells.Team Leadership: Support and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimise resources, and enhance overall operational performance, keeping consistent national processes at the front of mind at all times.Customer Satisfaction: Drive a customer-first approach in all operations, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer needs.Performance Metrics: Monitor and report key operational metrics to maintain accountability and drive continuous improvement.RequirementsTo excel in this role, you'll need: Experience: Proven track record in operations management or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Technical Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning tools.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing resources, tracking performance, and meeting deadlines.BenefitsWhat we offer you: Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package based on your skills and experience, from $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per annum PLUS superannuation (commensurate with experience).Career Development: Opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.Team Environment: Join a workplace where your contributions are valued, and collaboration is key.Recognition Programs: Celebrate achievements through our "Cheers for Peers" and "Values Awards" programs.Certified 'Great Place to Work': Be part of a team recognised for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.Join us at Criterion Industries and contribute to the success of our NSW operations.
