The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality and Training Manager to join our world-class facility, servicing one of Global CTDI's most esteemed customers.
Based at Kemps Creek in the Western Sydney region of Australia.
As the Senior Quality & Training Manager you will be responsible for leading the Quality Training and Learning strategy ensuring consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing solid automated quality practices, processes and learning activities.
This is an onsite role. Required Skills: Strong knowledge, understanding and experience of TL9000 and/or ISO 9001 Quality standardsExcellent technical and analytical aptitude with ability to convert data into insightsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point - will need to be able to chart and graph trends, create metrics, and track and monitor dataAbility to work independently and in a team environment working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to motivate production/quality performancesStrong root cause and trend analysis reporting skillsAbility to think strategically and conceptuallyThe successful candidates will hold the following experience: Minimum of 10 years of Quality management with training experience, preferably in a Distribution/Warehouse environmentBachelor's Degree preferredExperience with Six Sigma/5S/LEAN concepts preferredExperience in the Telecommunications and/or Cable Industries preferredCTDI supports work-life balance and career growth.
