Offering extensive sales, parts and service support through our network of branches and dealers, CEA is committed to ensuring the highest standards when it comes to supporting the needs of our growing customer base.Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to provide exceptional support to our retail branches and customers. As the Atlas Copco Parts Specialist, you will use your expertise in the full OEM product range and assist both retail and wholesale operations with new product launches, critical spares holdings, campaigns, and promotions.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with branches to assist in parts interpretation, quoting, and sales.Engage with key account customers, offering recommendations for spare parts holdings and scheduled replacements.Monitor machine hours and component wear, proactively contacting customers to arrange purchase orders for scheduled replacement parts to prevent downtime.Collaborate with the wholesale team to review stock holdings and identify opportunities for campaigns to move aging parts.Skills and Experience:Proficient in using OEM tools and systems, as well as Microsoft Suite, ERA, and MDS.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and internal teams.Excellent phone skills and ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.Minimum of 4+ years of experience in parts interpretation and sales.Why Join Us?Become part of a dynamic team committed to providing top-notch customer service.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
