Brand Specialist

What we're looking for: As a Brand Specialist you will help to create brand strategies that improve our reputation and visibility, ensuring that brand campaigns are consistent, attractive, and effective.
The role: You will be responsible for:
Developing brand strategies for the company and campaigns for individual productsWorking with our acquisition centres on their rebrandingPerforming research and analysing market data to find ways to grow their audienceGathering customer feedback and data to improve brandingIdentifying centres that need better brandingOverseeing the staff implementing their strategiesReviewing and adjusting branding strategies as neededMeeting with marketing, advertising and creative departments to ensure content and goals are consistentImproving the customer's experienceManaging content and information sharing between departmentsGiving direction for product packaging, web design, marketing copy, logos, advertisements and visualsAbout you: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a comparable work environment.Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, marketing and/or communications.Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted organisation.Experience planning and implementing/evaluating project activities.Experience producing quality, accurate work to strict deadlines.Experience working with culturally/linguistically diverse groups.Experience managing a budget desirableProject management or coordination experience desirable.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracyBenefits: Attractive salary packageImpressive Brisbane CBD officeFlexible working arrangement50% discount on childcare gap feesFitness and Lifestyle Group membershipsA professional culture and supportive work environmentCareer advancement opportunitiesWhy work for Affinity?
