Who We're Looking For: We're seeking everyday people with at least 5+ years of work experience in any industry.
You don't need to have prior experience as a support worker or any specific qualifications.
What matters most is your motivation, your lifestyle, and your willingness to share your life skills with others.
Whether you're a seasoned IT professional, a music enthusiast, a craftsperson, or simply someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, your skills and passions can be invaluable in mentoring our clients.

Any lived experience of supporting people with a disability.
What You'll Do: As a mentor, you'll be paired with individuals who can benefit from your experience and guidance.
You'll help them build confidence, develop new skills, and explore activities that bring them joy.
Whether it's teaching someone to play a musical instrument, helping them troubleshoot a computer issue, or simply being a friendly companion, your role will be both rewarding and impactful.
