The Role
We have a position available for a Junior Office Administrator.
As a successful candidate you will receive training and mentoring to help you learn and grow.
This position is suited to someone that is looking for a career in administration and thrives in helping and organising others
You will be involved in an interesting range of work including back up for reception, liaising with clients, supporting the administration team and take the lead in keeping our office running smoothly.
Some of your other duties will be:

Database management, updating details and processing requests
Compliance management
Attending to mail, compiling documents and reports, photocopying, storing and retrieving information, bulk mailouts, postage / courier, supporting reception
Supporting with the overall tidiness of the office
Other duties as required.
