The role includes leadership and oversight across all MSH campuses for both in and out of hours sexual assault services and the management of the 7-day nursing service provided in QPS Watchhouses in the MSH region. The ADON shapes interagency and multidisciplinary clinical and corporate governance; coordinates service delivery, human and material management, and provides expertise in healthcare team communication and data analysis to deliver safe, quality, effective, and efficient healthcare provision.
