Heart Lung and Critical Care Division are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team.
The Assistant Nursing Directors in the Division of Heart Lung and Critical Care Services provide contemporary strategic, operational and professional nursing leadership and management for the Division of Heart Lung and Critical Care within an expansive and/or complex environment.

About the RoleResponsible for the achievement of operational and strategic performance targets, evaluations and outcomes in line with operational plans, service targets and national and state benchmarks.Accountable for coordination of services and standards and application of corporate and clinical governance for Division of Heart Lung and Critical Care Services.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of contemporary nursing theory and practice and innovative models of care; linking models with monitoring to ensure best practice and implementing strategies to ensure nurses work to full scope of practice.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
