Your work family includes doctors, nurses (on-call nurses, NP's, triage nurses, admission nurses, LPN's), social workers, CNA's, chaplains, and volunteers, just to name a few.

Your role would be to work with the intake department, liaisons, and the rest of the hospice care team to admit new patients as they're referred by utilizing nursing processes of assessment, interventions, implementation, and evaluation.
You will effectively interact with all members of the Interdisciplinary Team as well as with your patients and their loved ones while maintaining the highest standards of care and professional nursing clinical competency.
