Qualifications :
A passion for technology and a desire to make IT support enjoyable.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with colleagues of all tech backgrounds.
A background in IT or relevant certifications.
An infectious sense of humor and the ability to keep spirits high even during tech-related challenges.
The willingness to explore new ways of making IT support a source of joy for everyone.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to pass periodic drug testing, background checks, and obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
