In this critical leadership role, you will oversee a talented team of developers, systems architects, and engineers ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative IT infrastructure and applications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Define, implement, and lead the organization's IT architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience across systems.Oversee the enterprise-wide blueprint and framework of architecture, including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.Design end-to-end solutions and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) focusing on key platforms including Workato Integration, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft D365.Drive governance and security by ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.Implement best practices in secure coding, system design, and risk mitigation.Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within a team and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of experience in an IT development and architecture role including at least 5 years in a leadership role, overseeing a team of 8+ direct reports.Demonstrable experience working with Workato, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft D365.Ability to demonstrate technical expertise while managing stakeholders throughout a project lifecycle.Proven ability to manage large-scale IT projects, strong commercial acumen, and extensive experience with budget management.Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building engaged and high-performing teams.Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite Executives and IT Steering Committees.Comfortable working 5 days on-site in an inner-city office.If you're driven, enjoy tackling challenges, and are enthusiastic about advancing your career with a new opportunity, we're eager to connect with you Seize the chance to join us and contribute to a new team Apply now.
