Job Description Bring your passion and feel the energyWork within an industry-leading business going through a substantial period of growthBe a key player within a large-scale transformationFlexible - Hybrid workingThe IT Analyst in Architecture Practice exists to help the team execute best practices for engagement and governance of Enterprise Architecture and continuous improvement of processes.
This is inclusive of but not limited to the data and artefacts maintained in the Enterprise Architecture tool - Ardoq, our JIRA boards for Work Management and ARB.
This role is also key in ensuring Architecture processes are in line with our Technology Idea to Operate and Trimester Planning.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: Responsible for organising, cataloguing and driving the processes for upkeep of the IT artefacts in an Architecture repository.Admin, maintenance and process improvements for Architecture tool Ardoq with close vendor association and vendor support.Oversee the engagement processes for architecture and actively triage on JIRA.Work closely with technology stakeholders for the execution and governance of processes to ensure Ardoq is up to date.Work closely with IT Assurance.Coordinate documentation and collaboration on key architecture artefacts.Qualifications Now let's talk about you: Experience with launching a new tool or platform- driving adoption through effective change management.Expertise in Google Slides (or MS PowerPoint), Google Sheets (or MS Excel) is a must.Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.Experience with Lucid Charts is highly desirable.Exposure to modelling language such as UML is desirable.IT Analyst experience in a retail industry is highly desirable.Strong sense of team; supporting wider team and celebrating success.Strong communication and presentation skills.Self-motivated and able to manage multiple initiatives and priorities within specified timeframes.Demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.The benefits are good too We offer flexible working in every sense.An exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy's, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubs.Monthly meeting-free days.Your health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it's our first priority.
