What to ExpectAs an Apprentice Body Repair Painter (Spray Painter), you will be part of a team delivering an impeccable service experience to Tesla Body Repair customers.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll have an opportunity to learn from our team of experienced Tesla Body Repair Painters and work with vehicles that are revolutionizing the automotive industry.Throughout this 4-year apprenticeship, you will go through an intensive EV and body repair training program designed to provide you with the skills and nationally recognized qualification necessary for a successful career with Tesla's Body Shops.This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and experience to prepare, restore, and finish painted vehicle surfaces.
These skills can then be applied to a range of jobs, from repairing damaged paintwork to simply adding some cosmetic enhancement.
The training program you will undertake includes a mix of practical training and assessment, undertaken in our state-of-the-art Body Shops, and eLearning, allowing you to complete theory elements of the program at your own pace.
