What You'll DoHigh quality spray application of Primers, Sealers, Basecoats, and ClearcoatsSpraying approximately 6 (Fully Prepped) RO's per day (2 Bumper, 1 - six panel jobs, 3 - Two to three panel jobs) in state-of-the-art Downdraft spray boothsWork closely with Prep Staff and other Painters to meet work demands as a teamInvisible basecoat colour blendingApplication of 2 and 3 stage coloursWhat You'll Bring3+ years of experience refinishing cars in an automotive collision repair environment utilizing urethane based refinish systemsAble to produce sprayed finishes with little or no dirt and a consistent gloss and texture matching the OEM finish without the need to sand and buffWillingness to work overtime if requiredAny certification in I-Car Australia is a plusValid Driver's License with a good driving recordCapable of reading and comprehending automotive repair proceduresExperience with operations and maintenance of a wide variety of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipmentMust be willing to train othersMust be comfortable working in a collision shop environmentTesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
