Located 38 kilometres south of Mackay, DBCT P / L operates with a name plate capacity of 85 million tonnes per annum exporting coal from Central Queensland to ports around the world.

This permanent position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic area, providing administration assistance to the Asset Management (ASM) teams.
This position offers a variety of duties for an Administration Officer who is eager to further develop their administrative skills and make an impact within a supportive team.
What the role looks like : General administrative support.Managing and prioritising enquiries.Preparation of agendas, scheduling meetings and taking minutes as required.Organisation of travel and accommodation bookings.Assist in preparation of reports, document creation and document control.Accurate data entry.What we are looking for : Proven experience in an administrative role.Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise workloads and see tasks through to completion.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail.High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable).Just some of our employee benefits include : Monday to Friday role - home every night.Up to 12% Superannuation.Opportunity for Short Term Incentive bonuses.5 weeks annual leave with 20% leave loading.Supportive of flexible work arrangements.Discounted fuel option and novated leasing.Retail discounts through employee benefits platform.On-site Physio, health checks, flu vaccination.Learning and development opportunities including higher education.Relocation package provided for the right candidate.It's time to experience the rewarding career and lifestyle you deserve.
